From the first contact, Rob was very easy to deal with. I explained that the job was for my elderly mother-in-law, and he was not only extremely knowledgeable about these systems and what needed to be done, but also genuinely caring. He said he would make it a priority as soon as he returned after the Christmas break, which he did. Access to the hot water system was very difficult, with a very tight and awkward working space, but Rob handled it without any fuss. Rob has a genuinely pleasant manner and was more than happy to explain things and help where he could. He completed the job today and everything is now working perfectly again.
